Dr Amy Wang has special interests in women’s health, pregnancy care, child and adolescent health and mental health. She is accredited with Box Hill Hospital, Angliss Hospital, Monash Health, Mercy Hospital for Women, The Royal Women’s Hospital, Werribee Mercy Hospital, Northern Health and Western Health (Sunshine Hospital) to provide shared maternity care.
Prior to general practice, Amy worked for nine months in obstetrics and gynaecology at Monash Health (Casey Hospital, Dandenong Hospital) and completed her Certificate of Women’s Health during this time.
Family planning and pregnancy is a very exciting time for a family. Dr Amy Wang feels privileged to be able to care for her patients and share her experiences and knowledge in pregnancy planning, pregnancy care and the transition to parenthood.
Dr Julie Wang graduated from the University of Western Australia in 1998 and has been working in general practice since 2001. She has been an accredited Shared Care Provider since 2005.
Dr Wang has extensive experience managing newborn and general paediatric problems and women’s health. She believes that Shared Care ensures patients have ongoing, high quality health care throughout an exciting and important life event.
